We do monitor the site as often as is possible, and if any problems are found or reported, we aim to resolve the problem as quickly as possible

Misuse of this site is taken seriously. Usage of this site is intended for use by people who take an interest in researching and booking restaurants and socialising.

All restaurant and bar bookings and enquiries (including cancellations and all post-booking management) is dealt with by our partner toptable.co.uk ltd. toptable.co.uk are Europe's Largest Online Restaurant Booking Service and aim to provide a service which reflects this.

Our booking service is completely free. However, some venues ask that you provide credit card details at time of booking - which can be used to process their own cancellation fees or no-show fees upon such an event.

We cannot take responsibility for any mistakes made by the reservations teams as they are out of our control and we only act as a 'booking and enquiry' agent. However, we have a good relationship with toptable and through them all of the venues which appear on this site - if anything in your booking experience is unsatisfactory then email: bookings@bookanddine.com and we will do what we can to ensure it doesn't happen again.
